Double Thursday!

As I was saying yesterday, I was a little eager to get my mileage in after 3 nights of working late at work. I really enjoyed the lunch run of 5.8 miles yesterday, so I decided to round out my mileage and run another 4.2 later that night. Good news, because I actually motivated myself to do it! 

 
This brings the mileage today to 10.0!

Yes folks, I rounded out my mileage to 10.0 with a late, late (LATE) night run on the treadmill. Even though it might have technically fallen into Friday, I'm counting it in Thursday because I hadn't fallen asleep for the day yet :) I know its not 10 miles straight, but I haven't put this much in since the Seattle Half in November. I think I still have the endurance to get through the miles, even if the time isn't pretty :) Good to know that I can get a second run in if I need to.

Long run tonight with my Little Bro. He is down for his 21st birthday this weekend! Geez, I feel old :) Hopefully Ill be able to keep up with him!
